Fiscal 2008 Saw Decline in IRS Prosecutions Along Southern Border
The latest available data from the Justice Department show that during fiscal 2008, the government reported 74 new cases referred by the IRS in the five Federal Judicial districts (Texas South, Texas West, New Mexico, Arizona and California South) which lie along the U.S. border with Mexico.
