Is this Any Way to Nab a Terrorist?
	Since 9/11/01, the FBI has been trying to improve its ability to conduct counterterrorism investigations. But Jeff Stein, a reporter with years of experience in covering intelligence matters, discovered evidence that all was not well with the bureau's four-year effort. The results of his extensive investigation, bolstered by TRAC data documenting the changing enforcement priorities of the FBI, found some experts who fear this may be a mission impossible.
