Report: Massachusetts second in Immigration Court waiting time

The survey by the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse at Syracuse University found the average time cases in Massachusetts wait is 615 days. Only California had a longer average waiting period of 639 days. The report found that Massachusetts had 8,721 pending cases, which put it seventh in the nation in terms of volume. California also led that list with 65,055 cases.
