Over 3 Million immigration cases pending as attorneys and advocates await solutions

According to data from the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse maintained by Syracuse University, there are currently 3.7 million cases pending in immigration court. According to TRAC data, it takes an average of 577 days for a case to work through the system. That length of time varies from court-to-court.
