The share of detainees arrested by CBP, meanwhile, fell to 63%, down from the beginning of fiscal year 2024 when it was at 73%, the report said.
The number of people in ICE's Alternative to Detention program has fallen to 174,676 as of Aug. 10, down from a peak number of enrollees of 378,000 in December 2022, according to the report.
