New York, Texas an California are the states with the most migrant deportation orders, according to court records obtained by the Transaction Records Access Clearinghouse. The TRAC analysis comes amid ongoing debates over U.S. immigration policies and the treatment of asylum seekers. The Biden administration has been working to reform the immigration system, including efforts to reduce court backlogs and ensure fair adjudications.The report revealed that New York City saw the largest number of removal orders at just under 11,000 issued. Harris County, Texas had the second largest, with over 8,000. At almost 6,000, Los Angeles County, California saw the third highest number of orders issued. Dallas County, Texas followed with 2,815 and Miami-Dade County in Florida was 5th with 2,521.
