Biden's border crisis laid bare: Staggering graph shows nearly 265,000 deportation cases were filed in December, more than any fiscal YEAR between 2006 and 2017, as ONE MILLION migrants entered under Biden's parole program that Congress wants to scrap

There were nearly 265,000 deportation cases filed in U.S. immigration courts in December 2023, more than the total of cases filed in any full fiscal year between 2006 and 2017, according to data from the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse, or TRAC. TRAC found that there were 264,542 NTAs filled in December alone. Migrants who cross into the U.S. illegally are given a notice to appear - or NTA - which is the first step requiring them to appear in front of an Immigration Court judge.
