Thousands of people are now crossing the U.S. southern border every day and the country is facing a huge immigration court backlog. A new report from the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse at Syracuse University says the number of migrant cases waiting to go through the U.S. court system has now passed 2.6 million. It says that every month more cases arrive that the court can't deal with. And as the number of migrants coming to the U.S. increases, so does the processing queue
