The dedicated docket system has resulted in removal orders for many families appearing on these
accelerated dockets. The Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), an immigration data-tracking organization housed at Syracuse University, reported that from May 2021 to December 2021, over 72,000 asylum-seeking families were assigned to the dedicated docket. During that same period 11,225 were marked as completed, but only thirteen of those cases resulted in a grant of asylum or another form of removal relief.
