According to the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), a data gathering organization based at Syracuse University, almost 21,000 Ukrainians sought entry to the U.S. through Mexico in April. More than 90% of them came through the San Diego Customs and Border Protection port authority, as Solovei did. |
