Backlog immigration cases increase; how 'Remain in Mexico' policy will affect cases By Nasya Mancini |

Immigration courts in Texas have the highest amounts of backlogged immigration cases in the country. That's according to data from the transactional records access clearinghouse at Syracuse University. Texas takes first place on the leaderboard and pending cases come in at 286,991 and El Paso, pending cases total up to 19,084. |
