Employers Rarely Held Accountable For Hiring Undocumented Immigrants By Lauren Gilger |

As debate about the border and the status of undocumented immigrants in the U.S. rages on, only 11 individuals were prosecuted for hiring undocumented workers in the past year. Three received jail time. When it comes to companies hiring undocumented workers, none were prosecuted. That’s according to Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse. |
