Federal Law Enforcement Chiefs Outline White Collar Priorities Under Trump

White collar prosecutions during the most recent fiscal year fell below 6,000 for the first time in two decades, according to the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse, a research organization at Syracuse University. Year-over-year federal white-collar prosecutions were down 6.8 percent in the fiscal year that ended Sept. 30, 2017, according to the TRAC data.
