Systemic Lawlessness – DHS Under Jeh Johnson – ICE Denials Up 42% When Attempting To Deport Illegals
By Rick Wells

One of the standard lies that is often repeated by the Obama regime is that deportations are “actually up” during the six year nightmare that is their reign of terror. They never mention the manipulation of data to include border apprehensions is the reason for the misleading statistic, as deception is the goal. That Obama tactic was exposed on national TV recently by Rep Bob Goodlatte (R-VA). The information sources are public records or there release would have surely been blocked by the least transparent regime in history. Breitbart News reported that “Since Obama ‘took’ office, the number of non-citizens Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) sought to deport but did not due to the ruling of a judge, requests from the government or the use of prosecutorial discretion have increased 42 percent. According to data collected by Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) in Fiscal Year 2009, 57,476 non-citizens ICE sought to remove were allowed to stay. TRAC projects that by the end of FY 2015 the number of non-citizens allowed to stay despite ICE pushing for removal will be 100,012.
