State-by-state tracking done by Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse, show that ICE detained a total of about 70,000 people in fiscal-year 2014. Nearly 1,300 of those detentions were in Colorado. Those records do not reflect if any of those detainers involved citizens. |
