APNewsBreak: Border prosecutions curtailed
	Southern California filed 258 immigration-related prosecutions in July, the third-highest among the nation's 94 district courts in July, trailing only Southern and Western Texas, according to the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse at Syracuse University, which analyzes federal data.
