Greenwire is an online publication that specializes in distributing
summarized reports of events impacting on the environment. So
when TRAC in September and October of 2004 put up a unique series
of six reports examining the enforcement of relevant laws during
the first term of President Clinton, Clinton's second term and
the Bush years, Greenwire sent out an informative notice, including
a link to the first report. The Greenwire reference to the authoritative
TRAC studies of course generated additional news articles.
