June 17, 2002) sparked by TRAC's report on terrorism enforcement
also made headlines in late June. Washington Times reporter Jerry
Seper discussed how TRAC's Special Report had generated new interest
in the subject by the Judiciary Committee. In a front-page article
on June 17th, Seper chronicled the actions by Congress and the
effects of these actions on the FBI.
