Figure 1 shows cases in which an Immigration Court judge found the
original charges were sustained but also found that provisions in the immigration
law entitle the individual to "relief" from removal, allowing them to
remain in this country.

Figure 2 shows the top ten states where it takes the longest time to obtain a grant of relief in the Immigration Courts. The data are for the
current fiscal year which begins in September and ends in October of the following year.
