Terrorism Enforcement Update:
With the one-year anniversary of the 9/11 attacks,
TRAC has posted a brief supplemental report with the
latest available information on terrorism enforcement (September 5, 2002). The
new report, providing data about the referrals and prosecutions reported
by the Justice Department during April, adds another month to TRAC's
previous terrorism coverage.
With the addition of the new data, and from
our previous special reports in June and December, users can obtain
concrete enforcement information about this important subject for the
last five fiscal years and the first seven months of the current fiscal
year.
