Files for Summary Judgment on DOJ Data: (August 5, 2002) TRAC seeks a court order: to compel
disclosure of lead charge information on referrals to federal
prosecutors; to require release of identities of corporations and
businesses involved in investigations U.S. attorneys decline to
prosecute; to order disclosure of identifying details in asset
forfeiture cases; and to order release of court docket details and
agency tracking numbers.
