TRAC has just completed a major update to its information about federal judges.
TRAC's judge-by-judge information is now current for criminal cases through the end of the first five months of FY 2010 (February 28), with case listings available dating back to 1986, sentencing information back to 1992, and enhanced identification back to 1998.
As always, with TRAC's special tools, you can easily focus in on the work of a single judge or compare the work of all the individual judges in a single district. For example, TRACFED can tell you whether the sentences imposed by a particular judge in white collar cases are similar to those of her/his colleagues. Also available are year-by-year lists of all cases handled by a selected judge. TRACFED subscribers can access this information from the following link:
