Note that in March 2004 IRS revised its figures going back thru FY 2000.
Revised figures were as much as 300% different -- sometimes largers, sometimes smaller. This indicates that these figures should be used with caution since revisions of these magnitudes suggest underlying problems in IRS data systems.
