Immigration courts swamped by backlogs |
|
Across the nation, pending immigration cases have reached a record high of 228,421, according to the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse. The report shows that the case backlog was up 23 percent since 2008 and 82 percent from 10 years ago. |
