Despite her opposition to the administration's policies, Tabaddor as an immigration judge was significantly more likely than her colleagues to deny applications for asylum, according to data from the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse at Syracuse University (TRAC). Between 2015 and 2019, Tabaddor denied asylum bids more than 81% of the time, compared with the nationwide rate of 66.7%, according to TRAC. |
