Report: Miami Immigration Court Routinely Defies Dept. Of Homeland Security Deportation Orders
By JP Carroll

The article said that Miami authorities are allowing illegal immigrants to remain in the country despite Department of Homeland Security orders that they be deported. Judges on the Miami Immigration Court rank as the fifth most lenient in the country according an analysis published by the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse that is based on government records. Nationwide, 57 percent of illegal immigrants up for deportation at DHS’ request were allowed to stay in the U.S. in the first ten months of fiscal year 2016. But in Miami, a full 75.8 percent of all illegal aliens slated for deportation were allowed to remain.
