It is unclear how many children may have been turned away from enrolling in SCS, but between 2014 and 2016, about 2,352 unaccompanied minors relocated to the Memphis region, according to the database maintained by Syracuse University's Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse, or TRAC, which monitors immigration courts. |
