Immigrant detentions causing fear in N. Carolina Hispanic neighborhoods
	The Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse, which is affiliated with Syracuse University, said that the Charlotte Immigration Court, which has jurisdiction in the Carolinas, has issued 1,788 deportation orders for women with children and 1,609 of them did not have legal representation.
