Well, James, enforcement decisions are decisions that are made by prosecutors at the Department of Justice. So I’m certainly not going to be in a position to second-guess those prosecutorial decisions, but I think there are a couple of things that we could do to help. The first is we could devote more ATF officers and investigators to prosecute -- to investigating these crimes so that prosecutors have more material to work with
