Wave of migrant children threatens to swamp U.S. immigration courts

A new study by Syracuse University's Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse shows that in cases where children had lawyers, about half were not deported. In cases where juveniles were unrepresented, records show only one out of 10 were allowed to stay in the United States.
