The Syracuse-based Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse, or TRAC, has also looked at data from the U.S. Sentencing Commission, from the federal and immigration courts and other federal agencies. In a TRAC report also released today, the research group noted that the monthly count of federal prosecutions for narcotics/drug offenses has reached its lowest level since May 2000. |
