Letter to Melanie Pustay, Head of the Justice Department's Office of Information Policy

Chairman Darrell Issa and ranking member Elijah E. Cummings of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform send a letter addressed to Melanie Pustay, the head of the Justice Department's Office of Information Policy which is charged with improving all federal agencies' FOIA practices demanding that she provide the committee detailed information about several identified problems including why the number of FOIA suits continues to rise citing TRAC's FOIA Project's report, "FOIA Lawsuits Increase During Obama Administration, December 20, 2012".
